Refund policy

All digital pattern sales are final and non-refundable once the file has been downloaded.
To ensure a fair process, exceptions may only be made in the following cases:

1. Duplicate Purchase: If the same pattern is accidentally purchased twice, a refund may be issued for the second purchase.
2. Technical Error: If the downloaded file is corrupted or fails due to a verifiable system issue, we may resend the file or issue a refund.
3. Never Downloaded: If the system shows the purchase was completed but the file was never downloaded, a full refund may be issued.

Please note: By purchasing, you acknowledge and accept that digital products cannot be returned once downloaded.
